These bags are made from nylon or polyester from re-claimed Indian saris. They are colorful (no two are the same), strong and lightweight. The unique design allows it to be folded into itself to a size of approximately 3" by 5". The folded bag slips easily into any pocketbook, glove compartment, or even into the hip pocket of your favorite jeans (it might look like you have an unnatural growth though!!).

They are hand sewn in India by women who work from their homes in strict accordance with the International Fair Trade Act guidelines.
